Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a decent stay overall. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local food and entertainment. My room was spacious, which is often a challenge in Japan, but I did have an issue with a washing machine that ruined my coat. The service could definitely improve, especially in handling complaints, but the availability of amenities like a sauna was a nice touch.
Overall, this hotel offers a decent stay in a central location. The room I had was quite spacious, which is a rarity in Japan, making it a good value for money. However, my experience was marred by a laundry mishap and the staff's unhelpful response to my complaint. Plus, the facilities could use an update.
